3.6 'Delivered' Packages and Non-Receipt Claims: If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but the customer claims non-receipt, we will conduct an investigation. Following the investigation, only the original bottle of the ordered product will be resent. No refunds or alternative products will be provided. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent claims.
